Tours Football Club's Felix Jovanovic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Tours Football Club from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Fulgencio Romano could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Felix Jovanovic however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Tours Football Club's Désiré Charvin got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 14 played minutes Fcion C.A. got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Romano. Nathanaël Géhin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Theodore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Fcion C.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Désiré Charvin came free, but Jacobo Theodore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrice Gallou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tours Football Club's Nathanaël Géhin in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fcion C.A.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 27th minute Tours Football Club were awarded a corner. Nathanaël Géhin went to the cornerflag to take it. Jacobo Theodore came out of the goal and Patrice Gallou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amancio Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When Désiré Charvin fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Fulgencio Romano charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nathanaël Géhin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nathanaël Géhin got free with Jacobo Theodore in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willy Sauvestre in the 53rd minute of play forced Fcion C.A.'s goalkeeper Jacobo Theodore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Désiré Charvin came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Tours Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Désiré Charvin couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Noa Ranger. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Felix Jovanovic, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nathanaël Géhin in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Theodore saved Fcion C.A. from getting behind. Felix Jovanovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Enaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Erubiel Bilintx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Nathanaël Géhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Theodore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Nathanaël Géhin rounded Fcion C.A.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Ibrahim Rault hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Fcion C.A.'s Amancio Duarte broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Tours Football Club's Willy Sauvestre in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fcion C.A.'s goalie prevented a goal.
The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tours Football Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
