General Velásquez's Sergio-Roberto Livingstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knud Elsbøl in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Alarico Laso de la Vega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eilif Hørmand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, General Velásquez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Porter to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Terry Naut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute Axel Hacking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio-Roberto Livingstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Chacaltana during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to General Velásquez getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Flavio Chacaltana hit a great ball. Ronaldo Guarda kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Harold Bergfos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rupert Manassi charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rupert Manassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Rupert Manassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Flavio Chacaltana sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Eilif Hørmand threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Flavio Chacaltana this time. The General Velásquez fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when General Velásquez's Luciano Wilkenson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alarico Laso de la Vegas short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Eilif Hørmand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Randkleve getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Axel Hacking hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Luciano Wilkenson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eilif Hørmand. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 36thth minute of the game Alarico Laso de la Vega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Randkleve's Eilif Hørmand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Randkleve's Eilif Hørmand got control of the ball when Luciano Wilkenson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pere Sáenz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eilif Hørmand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Randkleve getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Rupert Manassi hit a great ball. General Velásquez's Flavio Chacaltana got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Wilkenson to make the kick off. Sandro Porter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eilif Hørmand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Wilkenson in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Randkleve's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Flavio Chacaltana was slow to take the kick. During this time General Velásquez's players had a chance to rest. General Velásquez's Flavio Chacaltana was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eilif Hørmand in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When General Velásquez's Sandro Porter in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Randkleve's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, General Velásquez's Sergio-Roberto Livingstone got control of the ball when Axel Hacking tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Alarico Laso de la Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot. General Velásquez's supporters rose to their feet, but Alarico Laso de la Vega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eilif Hørmand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, Luciano Wilkenson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eilif Hørmand. Randkleve's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Wilkenson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The audience was convinced that Sandro Porter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eilif Hørmand was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Sandro Porter made a precise shot to the right of Eilif Hørmand. Randkleve's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. General Velásquez's Horacio Unzaga was substituted for Delfino Gabler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pere Sáenz in the 85th minute of play forced Randkleve's goalkeeper Eilif Hørmand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes, Knud Elsbøl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Randkleve and the General Velásquez players grew even worse after the yellow card. General Velásquez's Reinaldo Izarra was substituted for Flavio Chacaltana. Reinaldo Izarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Reinaldo Izarra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eilif Hørmand was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Randkleve players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for General Velásquez.
