After 3 played minutes Sport Lisboa e Benfica got a freekick which was hit by Antonia Webb. Jerrod Hope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Leal in the 4th minute of the match. Beto Martini MZ 20 years were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Sport Lisboa e Benfica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cesinha Leal took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Erik Peixoto drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goalkeeper. Antonia Webb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Terra having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Graham came free, but Wilson Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerrod Hope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesinha Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gayle Darling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Wilson Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Sport Lisboa e Benfica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gayle Darling to maneuver through the defense. If Erik Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Wilson Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baptiste Beck in the 29th minute of play. Wilson Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baptiste Beck, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Pedro Paulo Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Paulo Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerrod Hope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34thth minute of the game Baptiste Beck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Wilson Terra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Francisco Graham notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Wilson Terra. Wilson Terra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Beto Martini MZ 20 years's zone, Antonia Webb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Terra came out of the goal and Antonia Webb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baptiste Beck kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Cesinha Leal made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Graham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Terra having to make a save. 53 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha Leal came free, but Jerrod Hope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sport Lisboa e Benfica getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gayle Darling hit a great ball. Alessandro Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Cesinha Leal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerrod Hope having to make a save. In the 64th minute Cesinha Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerrod Hope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes, Diamantino Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beto Martini MZ 20 years and the Sport Lisboa e Benfica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diamantino Silveira hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Wilson Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Graham in the 71st minute of play. Antonia Webb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Wilson Terra made a huge save. Jerrod Hope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Leal in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Sport Lisboa e Benfica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gayle Darling to maneuver through the defense. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Jerrod Hope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesinha Leal in the 84th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Graham came free, but Wilson Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute of the match, Francisco Graham tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Terra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 3-3. Extra-time would have to be played.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Francisco Graham started the play with his kick off. Wilson Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Graham in the 101st minute of the match. When Cesinha Leal fell near the penalty area in the 103rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beto Martini MZ 20 years's protests and gave Cesinha Leal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sport Lisboa e Benfica booed when Beto Martini MZ 20 years was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 103 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesinha Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 106 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Francisco Graham sped through Beto Martini MZ 20 years's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Terra. When the final whistle sounded Sport Lisboa e Benfica left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Beto Martini MZ 20 years.
