In the 4th minute, Cristiano Ferraresi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Uguccioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Pinches in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Pinceel in the 14th minute of play forced Castagneto Po AFC's goalkeeper Emilio Uguccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Graziano got free with Iordache Sucigan in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, Castagneto Po AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Pinches came free, but Emilio Uguccioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, FC Acatar's Remus Pinches nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Uguccioni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 37 minutes, Franco De Gregorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castagneto Po AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franco De Gregorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Uguccioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Pogea in the 41st minute of the match. If Bruno De Laurentiis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iustinian Niță during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iustinian Niță hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half FC Acatar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franco De Gregorio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Castagneto Po AFC's Emilio Uguccioni got control of the ball when Remus Pinches tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustinian Niță in the 53rd minute of play forced Castagneto Po AFC's goalkeeper Emilio Uguccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, FC Acatar's Remus Pinceel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emilio Uguccioni. Emilio Uguccioni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Emilio Uguccioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Niță in the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Castagneto Po AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Franco De Gregorio hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Claudiu Iuzbașa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Uguccioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 played minutes Castagneto Po AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Zangari. After recieving a nice pass, FC Acatar's Claudiu Iuzbașa tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Castagneto Po AFC's goalkeeper Emilio Uguccioni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remus Pinches. 72 minutes into the match, Iustinian Niță notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Castagneto Po AFC's Emilio Uguccioni. Emilio Uguccioni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fulvio Bianchi took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iordache Sucigan. Iordache Sucigan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 84th minute of the match, Dragoş Graur got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emilio Uguccioni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remus Pinches got free with Emilio Uguccioni in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute Remus Pinceel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Uguccioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Uguccioni came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Acatar's Dragoş Graur. But to his dismay, Dragoş Graur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5.
