Mariusz Pochorylo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gerazan in the 3rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Horaţiu Măcrinici managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horaţiu Măcrinici was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariusz Pochorylo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mickaël Maris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhuo Jun Yong, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Tărău in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mickaël Maris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Horaţiu Măcrinicis short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Mariusz Pochorylo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 12 minutes, Horaţiu Măcrinici made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Tărău in the 15th minute of play forced Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Mickaël Maris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mickaël Maris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christof Cartus, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mariusz Pochorylo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Măcrinici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Gerazan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A hard shot 27 in the game by Horaţiu Măcrinici from a close distance when the talented Mariusz Pochorylo managed to make a qualified save. KS Greenpi's players were relieved. If Luiz Fábio de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Adrian Tărău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickaël Maris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when Christof Cartus came free, but Mickaël Maris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horaţiu Măcrinici's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariusz Pochorylo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Horaţiu Măcrinici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Adrian Tărău made the kick off in the second half. KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho Veloso in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the KS Greenpi defense, Zézinho Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariusz Pochorylo. The KS Greenpi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariusz Pochorylo should have stopped the shot. Mariusz Pochorylo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Gerazan in the 54th minute of play. Mickaël Maris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Ping in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, KS Greenpi's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Măcrinici came free, but Mariusz Pochorylo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislao Gerazan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. KS Greenpi made a substitution. Ham Shmuelson replaced Fabian Charlos. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Mickaël Maris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Iguaçu MZFC from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, KS Greenpi's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Gerazan came free, but Mariusz Pochorylo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nova Iguaçu MZFC were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after KS Greenpi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Fábio de Medeiros took the corner. The corner ended in Luiz Fábio de Medeiros almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo did a great save. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Horaţiu Măcrinici got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Horaţiu Măcrinici made a precise shot to the right of Mariusz Pochorylo. KS Greenpi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
