In the 20th minute Kjell-Arne Barck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaizka Montaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Asteri Gene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Grumos Blancos's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Zander came free, but Gaizka Montaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Constancio Amorebieta took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Anders Adelsköld to make any attempt to save it. Gaizka Montaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Barck, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Giorgio Camacho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grumos Blancos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giorgio Camacho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leno FC's Kjell-Arne Barck got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Grumos Blancos's Constancio Amorebieta got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gösta Lönn took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaizka Montaña. Grumos Blancos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antero Velasco in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anders Adelsköld saved Leno FC from getting behind. After having played for 41 minutes, Giorgio Camacho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grumos Blancos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giorgio Camacho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grumos Blancos's Gaizka Montaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Söderström in the 43rd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Söderström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antero Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Anders Adelsköld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasper Falk charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kasper Falk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Antero Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giorgio Camacho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anders Adelsköld having to make a save. The supporters of Grumos Blancos booed when Leno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Asteri Gene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asteri Gene recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Giorgio Camacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Leno FC's goalkeeper Anders Adelsköld, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Giorgio Camacho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Giorgio Camacho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leno FC's Anders Adelsköld was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gaizka Montaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Söderström in the 77th minute of play. If Giorgio Camacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the game, Grumos Blancos's Giorgio Camacho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anders Adelsköld made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Anders Adelsköld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antero Velasco in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Kasper Falk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giorgio Camacho in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anders Adelsköld saved Leno FC from getting behind. Marko Sundling charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marko Sundling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 90 played minutes Leno FC got a freekick which was hit by Marko Sundling. Giorgio Camacho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anders Adelsköld read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Leno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Sundling to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Leno FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grumos Blancos.
