Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The YAZGANLAR FK fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when YAZGANLAR FK's Genco Ulun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Oğuz Oksar kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, YAZGANLAR FK's Oğuz Oksar got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Võ Tuan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uygur Yordam showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lương Hoai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Uygur Yordam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, YAZGANLAR FK's Genco Ulun dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Genco Ulun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Nguyễn Tan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Genco Ulun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lương Hoai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hikmet Eskici who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Nguyễn Tan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 42nd minute of the match, Hikmet Eskici tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nguyễn Tan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lê Phu in the 46th minute of play forced YAZGANLAR FK's goalkeeper Uygur Yordam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hikmet Eskici stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nguyễn Tan came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by YAZGANLAR FK's Genco Ulun. But to his dismay, Genco Ulun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Lê Phu hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ninh Binh getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nguyễn Cong Vinh hit a great ball. YAZGANLAR FK's Hikmet Eskici got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nguyễn Tan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genco Ulun in the 62nd minute of play. Genco Ulun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yağızalp Kantürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Ninh Binh's goal looked a bit too open when Genco Ulun came free, but Nguyễn Tan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Lê Phu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uygur Yordam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ninh Binh's zone, Genco Ulun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nguyễn Tan came out of the goal and Genco Ulun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hoàng Tuan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Genco Ulun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. YAZGANLAR FK's Uygur Yordam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save YAZGANLAR FK from getting a goal against them. Uygur Yordam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Phu in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Ninh Binh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Hoa to maneuver through the defense. Cezmi Mukaddes might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nguyễn Tan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cezmi Mukaddes ran back to his position shaking his head. Uygur Yordam was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Lương Hoai capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lương Hoai really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. When YAZGANLAR FK's Genco Ulun in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ninh Binh's goalie prevented a goal. After 92 played minutes Ninh Binh got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Van Tai Em. In the 96th minute of the match Lütfü Sağlamer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nguyễn Tan skillfully saved the ball. Ninh Binh's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
