After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Iliya Kasabov managed to get in a good position for a shot. DARAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Iliya Kasabov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hipolito Bizen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vladimiro Garoa hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Hipolito Bizen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toni Nenchev in the 31st minute of the match. Hipolito Bizen made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Gonzo Ivanov sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Deportivo Mandiyu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the game, DARAS's Toni Nenchev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hipolito Bizen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Mandiyu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DARAS:s goal. 2-1 came in the 57th minute when Gonzo Ivanov all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Hipolito Bizen. Hipolito Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzo Ivanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75thth minute of the game Fabricio Chale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DARAS's Vute Baliev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 77 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Nedyalko Berberov. After 80 minutes, Volodya Biradzhiev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DARAS and the Deportivo Mandiyu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Volodya Biradzhiev hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in DARAS's zone, Laureano Eladio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vute Baliev came out of the goal and Laureano Eladio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hipolito Bizen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzo Ivanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dragan Mangezov during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragan Mangezov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
