Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Deng Kun Xu started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Jean-Jacques Ares got a free kick in the 10th minute. A collision led to C Ａ R D I N Ａ L getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cezar Rizea hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, U21 Romania's Petre Petrean sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yang Ming Ran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Robert Tudor managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Romania's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Tudor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yang Ming Ran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Yang Ming Ran got control of the ball when Robert Tudor tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Braru came free, but Yang Ming Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Tudor in the 23rd minute of play forced C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goalkeeper Yang Ming Ran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Robert Tudor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Romania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Tudor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Tudor got free with Yang Ming Ran in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in C Ａ R D I N Ａ L fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, U21 Romania's Petre Petrean got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Yang Ming Ran. After 40 minutes, Deng Kun Xu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C Ａ R D I N Ａ L and the U21 Romania players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Deng Kun Xu got a free kick in the 40th minute. Robert Tudor took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yang Ming Ran. Yang Ming Ran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robert Tudor to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, U21 Romania's Dan Braru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yang Ming Ran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Cezar Rizea made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Deng Kun Xu however managed to control. Robert Tudor took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yang Ming Ran. Yang Ming Ran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 68 played minutes C Ａ R D I N Ａ L got a freekick which was hit by Horea Vrejiu. After 69 played minutes, U21 Romania's Petre Petrean shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yang Ming Ran came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in U21 Romania reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Mailat in the 75th minute of play forced C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goalkeeper Yang Ming Ran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Tudor took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yang Ming Ran. Yang Ming Ran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Yang Ming Ran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Tudor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Robert Tudor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yang Ming Ran. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Tudor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 90 minutes into the game, Horea Vrejiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 Romania the free kick. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Horea Vrejiu got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Robert Tudor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yang Ming Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Iordache Donici sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marioara Matei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marioara Matei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Donici, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The supporters of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L booed when U21 Romania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avram Teodorescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. U21 Romania had won after a very even match.
