After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Alberto Prado got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Amer in the 3rd minute. The supporters of Marzagão booed when !Pabellon Ourense C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonio Mondejar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Amer got free with Pedro Luís Fernandez in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lino Amer sped through Marzagão's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. Roger Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Lino Amer got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marzagão's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Fernandez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Luís Fernandez came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Lino Amer. But to his dismay, Lino Amer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez got control of the ball when Lino Amer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Lino Amer managed to get in a good position for a shot. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Amer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luís Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes !Pabellon Ourense C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Jaizki Nafría. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Lino Amer sped through Marzagão's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez.

Marzagão's Remo Borges was substituted for Válbson Fernandes. Marzagão's Serafim Reis was substituted for Alfredinho Quintal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neil Mar to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Lino Amer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Luís Fernandez was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. A collision led to !Pabellon Ourense C.F. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ginés Figueres hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Bermudo Domingo managed to get in a good position for a shot. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bermudo Domingo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luís Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luciano Unzueta struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for !Pabellon Ourense C.F.. Pedro Luís Fernandez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Bermudo Domingo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Luciano Unzueta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Bermudo Domingo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Luís Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. When Sotero Quiroga came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the !Pabellon Ourense C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sotero Quiroga couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute, César Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that !Pabellon Ourense C.F. were the better team. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
