Giovanni de Toledo came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Säfvahöjden's Holger Granström. But to his dismay, Holger Granström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Giovanni de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håkan Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Van Schouten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Giovanni de Toledo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Petersson came free, but Giovanni de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Van Schouten in the 28th minute of play. Carlos Augusto Lopez hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Giovanni de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Granström, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Minotauro's Giovanni de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Van Schouten in the 37th minute of play. Edgard Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sonny Wallin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Giovanni de Toledo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sonny Wallin got free with Giovanni de Toledo in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
