In the 12th minute, !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Lino Amer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Björn Ekegren. Björn Ekegren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Ortiz came free, but Björn Ekegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Björn Ekegren was a little too slow when Lino Amer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 28th minute, Lino Amer fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Björn Ekegren, passed just outside the right post. In the 29th minute, Lino Amer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Amer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Björn Ekegren having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Amer in the 32nd minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Björn Ekegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lino Amer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, SSC Ambrosini's Björn Ekegren got control of the ball when Lino Amer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Lino Amer managed to get in a good position for a shot. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Amer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Ekegren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Amer took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Björn Ekegren. Björn Ekegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Åberg came free, but Andres Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Bermudo Domingo was substituted for Heli Sánchez. The audience was convinced that Bermudo Domingo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Björn Ekegren was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute Bermudo Domingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Ekegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He walked away shaking his head. Björn Ekegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sotero Quiroga in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Alf Kullgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Björn Ekegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bermudo Domingo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the SSC Ambrosini defense, Bermudo Domingo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Björn Ekegren. The SSC Ambrosini fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Björn Ekegren should have stopped the shot. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
