Minotauro's Giovanni de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Ahlrot in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Skott came free, but Giovanni de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Minotauro getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Perivaldo Dias hit a great ball. Edvin Bruhn was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Léo Cardozo. Kiko Proença's late challenge caught a Ronnys Lärjungar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kiko Proença helped the player get up and apologised. Giovanni de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Esbjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvin Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Dias in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Léo Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minotauro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Léo Cardozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Perivaldo Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Bruhn having to interfere. A collision led to Ronnys Lärjungar getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bertil Harlén hit a great ball. Carlos Augusto Lopez hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Ronnys Lärjungar's Kjell-Arne Skott nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni de Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The Minotauro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ronnys Lärjungar were winning 0-1.

Minotauro's Frank Senna was substituted for Carlos Augusto Lopez. In the 55th minute, Kjell-Arne Skott reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Giovanni de Toledo. The goal made the score 0-2. The supporters of Minotauro booed when Ronnys Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Harlén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronnys Lärjungar's Kåre Mattsson was substituted for Zebastian Larsfält. In the 59th minute, Bertil Harlén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronnys Lärjungar made a substitution. Sverker Björk replaced Tommy Beck. Kiko Proença hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. George Esbjörnsson struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Giovanni de Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ronnys Lärjungar. Kjell-Arne Skott took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovanni de Toledo. Giovanni de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Edvin Bruhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Minotauro's Giovanni de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Minotauro from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Minotauro's Severino Guerra got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over Ronnys Lärjungar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Minotauro throughout the match.
