The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neil Mar to strike the kick off in the second half. Neil Mar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute, Sebastian Rosen made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. Marzagão's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Ivan Billberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cristian Dias made in the 61st minute of the game a quick throw-in and César Rosa immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from César Rosa in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Strömsbro IF's Felix Ekrot. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when Marzagão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st match minute, Marzagão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Esteves to maneuver through the defense. If Ivan Billberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Strömsbro IF's Per-Olof Walroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Esteves in the 79th minute of play. Pedro Luís Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Billberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Saraiva in the 89th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Per-Olof Walroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Marzagão supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Strömsbro IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Strömsbro IF.
