Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Harry Igelström kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Dacian Ghițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Kingpins's Harry Igelström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dacian Ghițescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mattias Asserlind came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Felix Mihăilescu. But to his dismay, Felix Mihăilescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 9 minutes, Charles Lenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kingpins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles Lenberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Dacian Ghițescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Ivarsson in the 17th minute of play. Kingpins were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sven Bållström took the corner. Kingpins's Sven Bållström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dacian Ghițescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Tiberiu Rotariu got a free kick in the 19th minute. Harry Igelström struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Dacian Ghițescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kingpins. Mattias Asserlind stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Mihăilescu's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Felix Mihăilescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Kingpins's Lars-Erik Ivarsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dacian Ghițescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mattias Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Mihăilescu in the 32nd minute of play. If Sven Bållström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Costel Gurgui during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute Lars-Erik Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Ghițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Mihăilescu was the one to do the kick off. Golo Phoenix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Mattias Asserlind made a huge save. Felix Mihăilescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattias Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Mihăilescu in the 60th minute of play. Mattias Asserlind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Kingpins from getting a goal against them. Golo Phoenix struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Mattias Asserlind didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca. Kingpins's Ove Modig was substituted for Scipio Africano. Kingpins made a substitution. Ralf Olsmann replaced Charles Lenberg. The supporters of Kingpins booed when PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Golo Phoenix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Ghițescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Olsmann in the 80th minute of play. Mattias Asserlind made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgil Jupân in the 81st minute. Dacian Ghițescu came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kingpins's Mikael Ekeberg. But to his dismay, Mikael Ekeberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
