Marzagão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kingpins the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Harry Igelström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingpins's supporters rose to their feet, but Harry Igelström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luís Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Kingpins's Lars-Erik Ivarsson in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marzagão's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, Neil Mar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 33rd minute Harry Igelström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Cristian Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Luís Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Lenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Kingpins's Sven Bållström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 47thth minute of the game Harry Igelström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Marzagão's Gilberto Saraiva was substituted for Fabiano de Queiroz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neil Mar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Mikael Ekeberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Luís Fernandez, 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Ekeberg in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Luís Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Pedro Luís Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, Kingpins's Lars-Erik Ivarsson made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luís Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kingpins's Ralf Olsmann was substituted for Charles Lenberg. If Ralf Olsmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Olsmann in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Caco Donato got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ralf Olsmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralf Olsmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78thth minute of the game Mikael Ekeberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marzagão's Pedro Luís Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 79 played minutes Marzagão got a freekick which was hit by César Rosa. Mikael Ekeberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Pedro Luís Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Dias hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Mikael Ekeberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Luís Fernandez was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 85th minute, Kingpins's Lars-Erik Ivarsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Luís Fernandez. Pedro Luís Fernandez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Ekeberg in the 90th minute of play. Mikael Ekeberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Fernandez having to interfere. Pedro Luís Fernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ralf Olsmann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 95 minute of play. Kingpins's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
