When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Golo Phoenix sped through Marzagão's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Luís Fernandez. Dacian Ghițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Prado, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Golo Phoenix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Luís Fernandez having to make a save. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Sorin Nicorici quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cristian Dias, made in the 88th minute of the game. Alberto Prado hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
