Björn Ekegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Almada in the 36th minute of play. Igor Jesus took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Björn Ekegren. Björn Ekegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Thiago Almada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s John Victor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Ersman in the 44th minute of play. Björn Ekegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Jesus in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thiago Almada to make the kick off. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ulisses Valadares hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute of the match Alf Kullgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but John Victor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Björn Ekegren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Wanderson Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Igor Jesus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute Thiago Almada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Ekegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
