Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valdemar Åberg started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in S.D. Bajen's zone, Erik Mickelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Lowery came out of the goal and Erik Mickelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 6 minutes, Olof Ersman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SSC Ambrosini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olof Ersman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valdemar Åberg took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Lowery. Ramiro Lowery dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Björn Ekegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronnie Nunn in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ronnie Nunn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dirk Williamson's late challenge caught a SSC Ambrosini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dirk Williamson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Dirk Williamson got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Alf Kullgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. SSC Ambrosini's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Kullgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Lowery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Will Patrick hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ramiro Lowery was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Olof Ersman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olof Ersman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar Åberg in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Lowery prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erik Mickelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Lowery having to interfere. When Kasper Kristiansson fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SSC Ambrosini's protests and gave Kasper Kristiansson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th match minute, SSC Ambrosini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Kristiansson to maneuver through the defense. Valdemar Åberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ramiro Lowery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Ronnie Nunn notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SSC Ambrosini's Björn Ekegren. Björn Ekegren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brickeen Wall hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronnie Nunn to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devin Madison in the 54th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Björn Ekegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Ekegren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Chappelle in the 56th minute. After 58 played minutes SSC Ambrosini got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Kristiansson. S.D. Bajen's Monroe Russell was substituted for Jon Messer. Donovan Hewitt hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes, SSC Ambrosini's Alf Kullgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ramiro Lowery came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SSC Ambrosini reached it. Olof Ersman took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Lowery. Ramiro Lowery dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Torsten Soned hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Donovan Hewitt hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Hans Bergqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Lowery. S.D. Bajen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Bergqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 76 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Ersman came free, but Ramiro Lowery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Erik Mickelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dirk Williamson to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Lowery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Mickelsson in the 80th minute of the match. Ramiro Lowery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Pierre Chappelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Valdemar Åberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SSC Ambrosini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. SSC Ambrosini's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
