Björn Ekegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeronimo Bertin went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Federico Normando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Ersman in the 18th minute of play. Wilfredo Igon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Björn Ekegren. SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mario Tipi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Björn Ekegren. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. Björn Ekegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeronimo Bertin went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. SSC Ambrosini's Björn Ekegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save SSC Ambrosini from getting a goal against them. Baldomiro Guerrero took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Björn Ekegren. Björn Ekegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeronimo Bertin was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Jeronimo Bertin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Björn Ekegren was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Valdemar Åberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SSC Ambrosini's Björn Ekegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Uzuri in the 55th minute of play. Abel Uzuri took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Björn Ekegren. Björn Ekegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 64th minute Abel Uzuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Ekegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Normando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olof Ersman in the 65th minute. Baldomiro Guerrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Ekegren having to interfere. A collision led to Bendito Sea El Fernet getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Mario Tipi hit a great ball. Kasper Kristiansson charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kasper Kristiansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SSC Ambrosini getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Kasper Kristiansson hit a great ball. Björn Ekegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mario Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
