Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andrew Dalli started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Andrew Dalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sacit Tezveren came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the RED KHAGAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sacit Tezveren couldn't finish the play. In the 9thth minute of the game David Banegas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RED KHAGAN's Atalan Cebeci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jorge Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yılmaz Başdemir in the 11th minute of the match. RED KHAGAN were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Esmeralda AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Folke Malmström took the corner. Eugenios Spaneas was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Esmeralda AFC booed when RED KHAGAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baturay Zaim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Folke Malmström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yılmaz Başdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Fonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atalan Cebeci having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Sebastian Vedillo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Esmeralda AFC's Jorge Armani. Jorge Armani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esmeralda AFC's Jorge Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Esmeralda AFC from getting a goal against them. Jorge Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sacit Tezveren in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute RED KHAGAN were awarded a corner. Folke Malmström went to the cornerflag to take it.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Yılmaz Başdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. RED KHAGAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Yılmaz Başdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Armani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, RED KHAGAN's Atalan Cebeci got control of the ball when Devidatta Vendetta tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 64 minutes Esmeralda AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Folke Malmström who took care of the corner kick. 67 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Vedillo came free, but Jorge Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Esmeralda AFC's Andrew Dalli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atalan Cebeci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 76 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Vedillo came free, but Jorge Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atalan Cebeci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Calvino in the 78th minute of play. Cao Si Guang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Armani having to interfere. RED KHAGAN made a substitution. Naim İzci replaced Aytekin Ciner. Esmeralda AFC's Di Yong Yu was substituted for Nicasio Fonda. Baturay Zaim took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Armani. Jorge Armani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 90th minute, Eugenios Spaneas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Devidatta Vendetta's shot from long distance in the 91st minute was not bad at all, but RED KHAGAN's Atalan Cebeci knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 92nd match minute, Esmeralda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kong Kun Xu to maneuver through the defense. Naim İzci hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Devidatta Vendetta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atalan Cebeci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. RED KHAGAN's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
