The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Zgierskie Zlewy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şevket Çağa to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Doicaru got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karol Ruszkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Kosakowski in the 53rd minute of the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hadi Özilhan 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru managed to work through Club Atlético Atlanta's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Robert Doicaru dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 76 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Doicaru. In the 80th minute of the match Zgierskie Zlewy got a corner. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aureliusz Kosakowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Aureliusz Kosakowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save. In the 83rdth minute of the game Barnaba Bazylnikov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barnaba Bazylnikov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
