The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinho Taffarel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute of the match, Gavino Gabino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Loco De la Maza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Loco De la Maza was a little too slow when Gus Casado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Loco De la Maza made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Gavino Gabino sent off a good shot on target. Marco Bilbo made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Damaso Inge. Gavino Gabino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loco De la Maza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Rigoberto Serafo made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Damaso Inge. A collision led to Falckner FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Rigoberto Serafo hit a great ball. Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victor Cambranes kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Loco De la Maza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Gabino in the 52nd minute of the match. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Falckner FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agustin Serafo took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Gabino in the 57th minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when NANANANA LIIIDEER FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Serafo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loco De la Maza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Falckner FC made a substitution. Jose Baldovino replaced Olaf Ciempa. NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's Claudinho Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Baldovino in the 85th minute of play. Jose Baldovino made a great header on Falckner FC's corner, it was just that NANANANA LIIIDEER FC's Claudinho Taffarel managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88thth minute of the game Amador Hartz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loco De la Maza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Hartz in the 88th minute of play. When Rigoberto Serafo fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falckner FC's protests and gave Rigoberto Serafo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute Celedonio Montes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco De la Maza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Falckner FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for NANANANA LIIIDEER FC.
