When Mason Mount fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored eDp! Gaming FC's protests and gave Mason Mount a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, eDp! Gaming FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mason Mount to maneuver through the defense. Ádám Szuper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Olof Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Arnaldo Marquez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ádám Szuper. After 13 played minutes eDp! Gaming FC got a freekick which was hit by Elce Ko. In the 15th minute, Sven-Olof Sjöberg made a precise shot to the right of Ádám Szuper. eDp! Gaming FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Candelaria FC's Danilo Testa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Malvin in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Elce Ko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Sven-Olof Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ádám Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 played minutes Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Porfirio. 27 minutes into the match, eDp! Gaming FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Sjöberg came free, but Ádám Szuper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's Marciano Lekubegi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ádám Szuper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Pellen in the 32nd minute of the match. Candelaria FC's Danilo Testa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Porfirio in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 37th minute of play forced eDp! Gaming FC's goalkeeper Ádám Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Candelaria FC defense, Mason Mount kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Testa. The Candelaria FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Testa should have stopped the shot. A collision led to eDp! Gaming FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Cirilo Malvin hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Cirilo Malvin made the kick off in the second half. Danilo Testa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Malvin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ádám Szuper made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Sven-Olof Sjöberg sent off a good shot on target. Ádám Szuper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart Pellen, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Result 1-3. 73 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Amadeo Felo in the 79th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Candelaria FC's Jefferson de Sena. Okanalp Özdil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Okanalp Özdil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute Okanalp Özdil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ádám Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, eDp! Gaming FC's Tage Magnusson got a free kick in the 87th minute. Okanalp Özdil might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ádám Szuper. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Okanalp Özdil ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Candelaria FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
