Gianluca Vialli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesare Cardillo having to interfere. After 31 minutes Lechuguitas F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gianluca Vialli who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Falckner FC's Damaso Inge getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Modestio in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Modestio in the 39th minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco De la Maza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Modestio in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Lechuguitas F.C.'s Hélio Nascimento was substituted for 于阳朋. Lechuguitas F.C.'s Armando Santiago was substituted for Leonardo Paz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gianluca Vialli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Lechuguitas F.C.'s Loco De la Maza threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Modesto Amor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Falckner FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Hélio Nascimento scored to the left of an out of position Loco De la Maza, making the score, 0-3. Hélio Nascimento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Loco De la Maza came out and tried to block the shot, but Hélio Nascimento slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 65th minute. Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Nascimento in the 70th minute of play. Hélio Nascimento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loco De la Maza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Shantala in the 85th minute of play forced Lechuguitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Cesare Cardillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lechuguitas F.C.'s Hélio Nascimento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Loco De la Maza. That made the score 0-5 after 88 minutes of play. A collision led to Lechuguitas F.C. getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Nicolas Chaime hit a great ball. After 99 minutes, Gianluca Vialli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Falckner FC and the Lechuguitas F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 99th minute, Gianluca Vialli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lechuguitas F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
