Winford Taylor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orelio Picka, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Waka Barcellos hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Winford Taylor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 61 played minutes Barcellos Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Garcia. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Jaime de Mendonça was substituted for Orelio Picka. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Roland Goldstein got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Winford Taylor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Batista in the 73rd minute of play. New England Minas's Winford Taylor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime de Mendonça in the 78th minute of play.
