Claudinho Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Guerra in the 29th minute of play. Jailson Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Claudinho Moura made a huge save. Vito Batista took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gil Coelho. Gil Coelho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 47th match minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Antunes to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Dadá Torres made a precise shot to the right of Gil Coelho. Barcellos Mineiro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Claudinho Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orelio Picka, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 60th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Vale to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 61 minutes, Tadeu Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeu Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudinho Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orelio Picka in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AS Pikachuzim's Gildo da Fonseca got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when AS Pikachuzim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 70 minutes on the clock, Gil Vale commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Gil Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The AS Pikachuzim players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
