The UPTEXTIL.COM fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when UPTEXTIL.COM's Jeremias Pinheiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 14 played minutes PEÇONHENTO FC MG got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Simões. In the 19th minute, UPTEXTIL.COM's Jeremias Pinheiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Jeremias Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Simões having to interfere. Jeremias Pinheiro scored 3-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisão Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baltazar Paraibano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Luisão Simões made a huge save. After some careless play in the PEÇONHENTO FC MG defense, Jeremias Pinheiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisão Simões. The PEÇONHENTO FC MG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisão Simões should have stopped the shot. Luisão Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltazar Paraibano in the 45th minute. Luisão Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Pinheiro in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elói Nogueira made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, UPTEXTIL.COM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorival Melo to maneuver through the defense. Sem Do hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Dênis Gomes got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Humberto Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Pinheiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luisão Simões having to make a save. After a rather tough play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Dudu Neļķis got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the PEÇONHENTO FC MG defense, Baltazar Paraibano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisão Simões. The PEÇONHENTO FC MG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisão Simões should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Jeremias Pinheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisão Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Humberto Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno da Costa hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Bruno da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno da Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute of the match Dorival Melo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisão Simões showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Baltazar Paraibano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisão Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. When the referee ended the match the UPTEXTIL.COM players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
