In the 7th minute Cavaliers FC were awarded a corner. Teofilo Mikeldi went to the cornerflag to take it. After 11 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Feliz. After 16 played minutes ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Piatek. Cornelio Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Baldaia in the 28th minute of play. Sebastián Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cornelio Villegas made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Iwo Bentkowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Paulo Baldaia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastián Villa was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's Sebastián Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dagoberto Zonta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Villa in the 56th minute of play forced ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s goalkeeper Dagoberto Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Bentkowski in the 58th minute of the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s goalkeeper Dagoberto Zonta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Onur Ali Rafetoğulları came free, but Cornelio Villegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s Paulo Baldaia that got to make the kick off. In the 99th minute Sven Giöck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Villegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ were awarded a corner in the 102th minute after Cavaliers FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucas Menossi took the corner. The score was still level after an even and exciting first-half in extra time. The players took a moment to grab a drink and get instructions from their managers before swapping ends.

Both teams seemed ready to fight when Cavaliers FC's Desiderio Rami did the kick off and started the second half in the overtime. Cornelio Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Baldaia in the 122nd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
