With a little luck, Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva got control of the ball when Alberto Fidencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Mukifus FSCMZ defense, Jo Barone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rômulo Neiva. The Mukifus FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rômulo Neiva should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Mukifus FSCMZ booed when Sportivo Luan Toro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sirius Black didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Davison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Hudson, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Robert Davison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Hudson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Fidencio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rômulo Neiva came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Fidencio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. Filipe Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match Guaberto Bento sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rômulo Neiva skillfully saved the ball. Thiago Hudson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Davison having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Cássio Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Thiago Hudson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison. Robert Davison was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mukifus FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fulgencio Furman in the 46th minute. Fulgencio Furman made a great header on Mukifus FSCMZ's corner, it was just that Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Rômulo Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olli Fiedler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Alberto Fidencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute Alberto Fidencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olli Fiedler might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rômulo Neiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olli Fiedler ran back to his position shaking his head. Rômulo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olli Fiedler in the 61st minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Olli Fiedler came free, but Rômulo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olli Fiedler in the 66th minute of play. Sportivo Luan Toro's Ricardo Mendez was substituted for Jo Barone. Robert Davison was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Thiago Hudson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thiago Hudson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Mukifus FSCMZ's Jozef Botto was substituted for Thiago Hudson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Roland in the 78th minute of play forced Mukifus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Rômulo Neiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rômulo Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martins Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.

When the referee ended the match the Sportivo Luan Toro players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
