In the 3rd minute, Örjan Björk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åsbro Flåsegutter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Boleslaw Czubski got a free kick in the 8th minute. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Wiktor Ekström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Gregorczyk in the 11th minute of play. Iwo Dombroski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Björk in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alf-Inge Sørum was slow to take the kick. During this time Åsbro Flåsegutter's players had a chance to rest. Örjan Björk might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iwo Dombroski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Örjan Björk ran back to his position shaking his head. Iwo Dombroski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Carnicero in the 17th minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Örjan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Dombroski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Dombroski came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk. But to his dismay, Örjan Björk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Kolbe in the 25th minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Szymon Gregorczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Ekström having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Örjan Björk in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwo Dombroski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júlio Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The KS Luxik Ruda Śląska fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Szymon Gregorczyk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Júlio Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Carlos Carnicero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åsbro Flåsegutter's Wiktor Ekström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szymon Gregorczyk in the 42nd minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiktor Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szymon Gregorczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Carlos Carnicero made the kick off in the second half. When Szymon Gregorczyk came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the KS Luxik Ruda Śląska fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szymon Gregorczyk couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Örjan Björk in the 53rd minute of play forced KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's goalkeeper Iwo Dombroski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Åsbro Flåsegutter were awarded a corner. Alf-Inge Sørum went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jonas Lundin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Iwo Dombroski did a great save. 60 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boleslaw Czubski. If Örjan Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iwo Dombroski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Björk in the 66th minute of play. Carlos Carnicero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Wiktor Ekström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 70 in the game by Carlos Carnicero from a close distance when the talented Wiktor Ekström managed to make a qualified save. Åsbro Flåsegutter's players were relieved. Boleslaw Czubski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Ekström having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Wiktor Ekström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Szymon Gregorczyk. Örjan Björk took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iwo Dombroski. Iwo Dombroski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After 81 minutes of play, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwo Dombroski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Åsbro Flåsegutter's Jakub Michalski was substituted for Örjan Björk. 90 minutes into the match, KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Michalski came free, but Iwo Dombroski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wiktor Ekström was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Szymon Gregorczyk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Szymon Gregorczyk really showed his touch with that goal: 5-3.

Many of KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska may have spent more time on the ball, but Åsbro Flåsegutter were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
