The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bai Jun Chong kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Arnold Szuper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Zbigniew Glapiak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnold Szuper came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Mafia Koniaka's Lisandro Iraunkor. But to his dismay, Lisandro Iraunkor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Mafia Koniaka fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Mafia Koniaka's Lisandro Iraunkor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26th minute Lisandro Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnold Szuper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tivadar Demeter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Zbigniew Glapiak made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Iraunkor in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnold Szuper saved Szombathely Squirrels from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Mafia Koniaka's goal looked a bit too open when Tivadar Demeter came free, but Zbigniew Glapiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tivadar Demeter came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Szombathely Squirrels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tivadar Demeter couldn't finish the play.
The wind increased when Lisandro Iraunkor made the kick off in the second half. Arnold Szuper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Iraunkor in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Wyrzykowski in the 52nd minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Stasio Wyrzykowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnold Szuper. Stasio Wyrzykowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Mafia Koniaka's Zbigniew Glapiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tivadar Demeter in the 56th minute of play. When Szombathely Squirrels's Tivadar Demeter in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mafia Koniaka's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Mafia Koniaka defense, Tivadar Demeter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbigniew Glapiak. The Mafia Koniaka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbigniew Glapiak should have stopped the shot. Szombathely Squirrels made a substitution. Tamás Szentesi replaced Bai Jun Chong. Szombathely Squirrels's Lei Jian Xiong was substituted for Tivadar Demeter. Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Dudkowski in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Lei Jian Xiong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mafia Koniaka made a substitution. Ziemowit Sidorowicz replaced Stasio Wyrzykowski. Mafia Koniaka's Zbigniew Glapiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lei Jian Xiong in the 68th minute of play. With a little luck, Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper got control of the ball when Wincenty Parajewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led to Mafia Koniaka's Wincenty Parajewski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Pankracy Dombroski hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Ziemowit Sidorowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Arnold Szuper made a huge save. In the 77th minute of the match, Radomil Dudkowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnold Szuper saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Szombathely Squirrels getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Tamás Szentesi hit a great ball. Arnold Szuper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Duszenski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Attila Kiss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Glapiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Daniel Hajduk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Luciano Aued got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
The Szombathely Squirrels supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mafia Koniaka's performance. The match ended with a win for Mafia Koniaka.
