The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yan Chen Yan in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Grabner, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arne Grabner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radowit Ogrodowicz in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedykt Perkowski in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Grabner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benedykt Perkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Grabner having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Radowit Ogrodowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Falconara Albanese from getting a goal against them. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Perkowski in the 27th minute of play forced Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Arne Grabner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dráuzio Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Pontes came free, but Zula Kosiorek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dráuzio Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zula Kosiorek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Donald Tusk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szczakowianka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falconara Albanese the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Szczakowianka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donald Tusk to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Szczakowianka's Robbin Moreaux was substituted for Leo Eguzki. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedykt Perkowski made a kick off. In the 56th minute Yan Chen Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Grabner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Chen Yan in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Falconara Albanese's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yan Chen Yan was slow to take the kick. During this time Szczakowianka's players had a chance to rest. Benedykt Perkowski made a great header on Szczakowianka's corner, it was just that Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Arne Grabner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zula Kosiorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Goren, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Falconara Albanese's Per-Olof Kaxe got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Donald Voldfrom sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arne Grabner skillfully saved the ball. In the 83rd minute Kaarlo Menem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donald Voldfrom hit a great ball. Zula Kosiorek acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arsenio Eufrasio. Per-Olof Kaxe hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Zula Kosiorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaarlo Menem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Benedykt Perkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Grabner was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Goren in the 97th minute of play.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Falconara Albanese players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Szczakowianka.
