Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Júlio Gentil started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolli Bolla in the 3rd minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute of the match Hummerfiskarna got a corner. Matos Velhos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florin Răducioiu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Florin Răducioiu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vito de Godoi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Henrique Candal hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Andrea De Toro might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vito de Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrea De Toro ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi got control of the ball when Andrea De Toro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 8 played minutes Matos Velhos got a freekick which was hit by Durval Meira. Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Lagerberg in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Andrea De Toro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vito de Godoi. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 24th minute Nils-Åke Lagerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolli Bolla in the 27th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolli Bolla in the 28th minute of the match. Holger Mattsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jiang Qing Lin's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Vito de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Lagerberg in the 33rd minute of play. Vito de Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrea De Toro in the 37th minute. Holger Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Candal in the 39th minute of play. Holger Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Candal in the 46th minute of the match.

Hummerfiskarna made a substitution. Conrado Olayo replaced Hana Banana. Arnaldo Queirós struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Vito de Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hummerfiskarna. Vito de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolli Bolla in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolli Bolla in the 57th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Åke Lagerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Arnaldo Queirós's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vito de Godoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Queirós cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Vito de Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolli Bolla in the 68th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matos Velhos's Lee Beckford was substituted for Henrique Candal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Queirós in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vito de Godoi saved Matos Velhos from getting behind. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Arnaldo Queirós sped through Matos Velhos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vito de Godoi. 75 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Queirós notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Matos Velhos's Vito de Godoi. Vito de Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl Nietlisbach blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Holger Mattsson having to make a save. Holger Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Beckford in the 80th minute of the match. Arnaldo Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito de Godoi having to interfere. Arnaldo Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Arnaldo Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Conrado Olayo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Hummerfiskarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Olayo couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute Júlio Gentil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Matos Velhos's zone, Arnaldo Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito de Godoi came out of the goal and Arnaldo Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Queirós cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Vito de Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Matos Velhos defense, Bolli Bolla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vito de Godoi. The Matos Velhos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vito de Godoi should have stopped the shot.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Matos Velhos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hummerfiskarna.
