Dávid Bakos made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Andy Johnson sent off a good shot on target. When Csabagyöngye's Zsigmond Toldi in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Juan Raúl Riquelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Csabagyöngye's Dávid Bakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Johnson in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Csabagyöngye getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. János Budai hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Andy Johnson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Csabagyöngye's Dávid Bakos didn't even have to move. 48 minutes into the match, Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Dávid Bakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andy Johnson. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Andy Johnson made the kick off in the second half. Dávid Bakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Raúl Riquelme in the 51st minute of the match. When Nándor Pécsi fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Csabagyöngye's protests and gave Nándor Pécsi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Csabagyöngye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nándor Pécsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Misaki couldn't finish the play. Dávid Bakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Johnson in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Csabagyöngye's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Raúl Riquelme came free, but Dávid Bakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Csabagyöngye defense, Juan Raúl Riquelme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dávid Bakos. The Csabagyöngye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dávid Bakos should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Csabagyöngye getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. András Fábián hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 76th minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Dávid Bakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Csabagyöngye's Zsigmond Toldi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Raúl Riquelme in the 80th minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Dávid Bakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Juan Raúl Riquelme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Bakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Zsigmond Toldi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Armando Matia. The goal made the score 4-2.
