The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Club 23's Nae Lalescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 7 played minutes Opus Dei got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Wojno. Hugon Raszkiewicz came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Club 23's Bogdan Bogdanović. But to his dismay, Bogdan Bogdanović quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Hugon Raszkiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cássio Dracena in the 10th minute. Hugon Raszkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović in the 13th minute of play. The throw-in from Zbyszek Bejger in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club 23's Ferdinand Voicu. The supporters of Club 23 booed when Opus Dei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Poremba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugon Raszkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Cássio Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Opus Dei's Damazy Gongola got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute Bogdan Bogdanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Raszkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Zbyszek Bejger charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbyszek Bejger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rdth minute of the game Cássio Dracena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Opus Dei's Hugon Raszkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bogdan Bogdanović scored 5-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugon Raszkiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Club 23's Petre Ciolofan was substituted for Emil Cioran. In the 64th match minute, Opus Dei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszek Bejger to maneuver through the defense. Hugon Raszkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogdan Bogdanović in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugon Raszkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club 23's Volodya Kirov was substituted for Adrian Ştoia. After taking down the ball on Club 23's corner Ferdinand Voicu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugon Raszkiewicz quite easily take care of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Bogdan Bogdanović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugon Raszkiewicz. Opus Dei's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Bogdanović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Club 23's attentive Ferdinand Voicu managed to snatch the ball when Zbyszek Bejger made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Club 23's Ferdinand Voicu got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 played minutes Opus Dei got a freekick which was hit by Cui Yong Guang. When Dacian Săraru came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Club 23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dacian Săraru couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute Bogdan Bogdanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Raszkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Club 23's Bogdan Bogdanović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugon Raszkiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Club 23's Bogdan Bogdanović got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
