Jataiense Futebol Clube's Thiago Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Lekubegi in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Wei Hong Ning notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Jataiense Futebol Clube's Thiago Paraibano. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Golaki Goiano was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Nicolás Castillo sped through West Staines Massive's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kay Becker. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nino Maldini during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nino Maldini hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Kay Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nino Maldini in the 90th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in West Staines Massive fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Jataiense Futebol Clube a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nicolás Castillo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of West Staines Massive's Kay Becker. 3-2.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans cheered their team off the field, for while West Staines Massive had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
