The audience was convinced that Hasret Baltacı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sigit Aswin was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Kompos Guchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baybora Temcit having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Nazım Askeroğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigit Aswin. Romano & Hove FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nazım Askeroğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sigit Aswin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nazım Askeroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half GALATASARAY were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Porman Karo-karo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İsmail Yorgun hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Ömür Şıran got free with Sigit Aswin in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when GALATASARAY's Hasret Baltacı fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Nazım Askeroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nazım Askeroğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sigit Aswin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 67th minute Hasret Baltacı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigit Aswin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, İsmail Yorgun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GALATASARAY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romano & Hove FC the free kick. İsmail Yorgun kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Romano & Hove FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kompos Guchi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baybora Temcit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hendrawan Perangin-angin hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute of the match, Hasret Baltacı tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sigit Aswin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
