Sigit Aswin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dennis Geske in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute, BFC München's Stefan Föll ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sigit Aswin. Sigit Aswin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Föll stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
