Tomás Ariando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Dehnicke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manolo Schott stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervasio Nuñez's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Aron Dehnicke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Tomás Ariando made a huge save. 14 minutes in the game, Aron Dehnicke dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as BFC München's Dennis Geske slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomás Ariando. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. After 20 played minutes Pingüina got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Rocendo. Dennis Geske received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Tomás Ariando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juliane Hog-Heidel hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Dennis Geske could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tomás Ariando made a huge save. After 37 minutes Pingüina's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Juliane Hog-Heidel who took care of the corner kick. 39 minutes into the game, Rudolf Gerat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BFC München's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pingüina the free kick. In the 39th match minute, BFC München was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Gerat to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pingüina getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cornelio Montay hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Dionisio Fero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manolo Schott. BFC München's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionisio Fero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dionisio Fero was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Dionisio Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pingüina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Fero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliane Hog-Heidel in the 55th minute of play forced Pingüina's goalkeeper Tomás Ariando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Ariando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gualterio Boni hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Robustiano Maldonado charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 90th minute, Gervasio Nuñez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pingüina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Dionisio Fero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Manolo Schott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
