Torger Gödicke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Salomon in the 14th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Ivan Baudelio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Torger Gödicke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Baudelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Torger Gödicke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Suero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torger Gödicke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. During the 89th minute of the match Mariano Cai completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mariano Cai a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
