In the 10th minute, one of Çomarspor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Çomarspor. When Battal Seyyit Reha fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Çomarspor's protests and gave Battal Seyyit Reha a yellow card for diving instead. Güray Patlar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Martano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st match minute, Çomarspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emre Oğuzman to maneuver through the defense. Güray Patlar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Comunardo Giancristofaro in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28th minute Comunardo Giancristofaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güray Patlar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Güray Patlar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Bertolini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Çomarspor's Güray Patlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Martano in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Martano in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güray Patlar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sedat Gence's late challenge caught a Enzo y Dino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sedat Gence helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes Çomarspor got a freekick which was hit by Sedat Gence. Enzo y Dino's Dennis Signoretti got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience held their breath when Dennis Signoretti in the 43rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Güray Patlar's left hand side. After some careless play in the Çomarspor defense, Comunardo Giancristofaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Güray Patlar. The Çomarspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Güray Patlar should have stopped the shot. Aldo Miccoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Şensoy Sendur made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Enzo y Dino's goal looked a bit too open when Şensoy Sendur came free, but Attilio Santucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo Bertolini stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Güray Patlar. 0-4. The audience was convinced that Aldo Miccoli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güray Patlar was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 77 minutes in the game Fortunato Benarrivo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Alberigo Basile. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eraldo Bertolini in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güray Patlar saved Çomarspor from getting behind. Alberigo Basile scored 0-5 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Güray Patlar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Çomarspor's Battal Seyyit Reha got a free kick in the 86th minute. Güray Patlar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Miccoli in the 91st minute. Fortunato Benarrivo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Çomarspor got a freekick which was hit by Sedat Gence. Eraldo Bertolini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Güray Patlar. Çomarspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match was over Enzo y Dino could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Çomarspor throughout the match.
