Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kristinn Ingimundarson got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristinn Ingimundarson in the 2nd minute of play forced Skallagrimur's goalkeeper Marek Wielopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristinn Ingimundarson in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marek Wielopolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristinn Ingimundarson in the 5th minute of play forced Skallagrimur's goalkeeper Marek Wielopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Kristinn Ingimundarson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Skallagrimur's Marek Wielopolski. Marek Wielopolski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippus Þorsteinsson in the 10th minute of play forced Iceland's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Iceland's Kristinn Ingimundarson in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skallagrimur's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Iceland's Kristinn Ingimundarson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marek Wielopolski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15thth minute of the game Kristinn Ingimundarson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skallagrimur's Marek Wielopolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Timofey Melnikov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Petr Čech made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristinn Ingimundarson in the 25th minute of play forced Skallagrimur's goalkeeper Marek Wielopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristinn Ingimundarson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Allan Þrándsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Iceland's Petr Čech got control of the ball when Timofey Melnikov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marek Wielopolski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kristinn Ingimundarson went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kormákur Baldursson in the 39th minute of play forced Skallagrimur's goalkeeper Marek Wielopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timofey Melnikov in the 43rd minute of play forced Iceland's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marek Wielopolski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kristinn Ingimundarson went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Skallagrimur players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Iceland were winning 0-3.

Iceland made a substitution. Austmar Hjaltason replaced Allan Þrándsson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filippus Þorsteinsson to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timofey Melnikov in the 53rd minute of play forced Iceland's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Kormákur Baldursson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iceland's supporters rose to their feet, but Kormákur Baldursson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Wielopolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Þrastar Siggeirsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Skallagrimur made a substitution. Skúta Vilhjálmsson replaced Júrek Benediktsson. If Kristinn Ingimundarson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Kristinn Ingimundarson made a precise shot to the right of Marek Wielopolski. Skallagrimur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Godsk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72ndth minute of the game Tomas Godsk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iceland's Petr Čech was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timofey Melnikov in the 73rd minute of play. Iceland's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Godsk in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute Tomas Godsk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petr Čech came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Skallagrimur's Erasmo Reno. But to his dismay, Erasmo Reno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The supporters of Iceland booed when Skallagrimur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Reno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Kristinn Ingimundarson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marek Wielopolski. Kristinn Ingimundarson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Skallagrimur's Cyryl Filanowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rafnar Þorgerisson in the 94 minute of the game.
