Marcos Elequemedo made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Terceirense F.C.'s 郑树夕. 18 minutes into the match, Lilywhites's goal looked a bit too open when Gentil Setúbal came free, but Modesto Oakley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Terceirense F.C. were awarded a corner. Hermano Campelo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Hermano Campelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Modesto Oakley quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lilywhites's goalkeeper Modesto Oakley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gentil Setúbal in the 23rd minute of play forced Lilywhites's goalkeeper Modesto Oakley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lilywhites's Modesto Oakley got control of the ball when Gentil Setúbal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Máximo Laureano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frodo Di Marco, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gentil Setúbal in the 40th minute of play forced Lilywhites's goalkeeper Modesto Oakley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Egger in the 55th minute of play forced Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Máximo Laureano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Lilywhites's goal looked a bit too open when Gentil Setúbal came free, but Modesto Oakley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Modesto Oakley came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal. But to his dismay, Gentil Setúbal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Modesto Oakley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gentil Setúbal in the 62nd minute of play. Terceirense F.C. were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Lilywhites's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hermano Campelo took the corner. After taking down the ball on Terceirense F.C.'s corner Hermano Campelo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Modesto Oakley quite easily take care of the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lilywhites's goalkeeper Modesto Oakley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute Donovan Daval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Oakley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donovan Daval might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Modesto Oakley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donovan Daval ran back to his position shaking his head. When Jorge Costa fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terceirense F.C.'s protests and gave Jorge Costa a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Terceirense F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
