The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Gorzkiewicz in the 3rd minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Gorzkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Urtats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Gorzkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Knight Of Dawn's Teta Grande ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ferdinand Joldea. Ferdinand Joldea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 18th minute, Teofil Gorzkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TIMETER EC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 28 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's Teta Grande sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinand Joldea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquim Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Teofil Gorzkiewicz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Urtats was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of TIMETER EC -DMZ- booed when Knight Of Dawn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teta Grande didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Gorzkiewicz came free, but Denis Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Teofil Gorzkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Denis Urtats was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. TIMETER EC -DMZ- made a substitution. Guilherme Félix replaced Yang Sang Qian. After the first half TIMETER EC -DMZ- were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teta Grande to make the kick off. Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Alves in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Wanderson Lira hit a great ball. Knight Of Dawn made a substitution. Gregorio Caton replaced Bruno Norino. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mel Speerschneider got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Pablo Teran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Denis Urtats made a huge save. Ferdinand Joldea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregorio Caton went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Knight Of Dawn's zone, Mel Speerschneider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Urtats came out of the goal and Mel Speerschneider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celedonio Fonda kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Knight Of Dawn from getting a goal against them.
