Pascual Pitin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matías Tepedino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Gil Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Silvério Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matías Tepedino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pascual Pitin having to make a save. Maní FC's Pascual Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Tepedino in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Caxinha F. C. got a corner. Maní FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Su Yao Xiang ran over to the corner to take the kick. Caxinha F. C. were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Maní FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Su Yao Xiang took the corner. Pascual Pitin made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Geovânio Proença sent off a good shot on target. Geovânio Proença's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pascual Pitin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pascual Pitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Matías Tepedino took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Pitin. Pascual Pitin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Su Yao Xiang took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Pascual Pitin to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Caxinha F. C.'s Telis Milonakos got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Alcides Berardo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
When Olgierd Murdza fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caxinha F. C.'s protests and gave Olgierd Murdza a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Maní FC booed when Caxinha F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Murdza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvério Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gil Negri in the 53rd minute. After having played for 55 minutes, Su Yao Xiang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxinha F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Su Yao Xiang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Telis Milonakos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pascual Pitin. Maní FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Caxinha F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Hauche came free, but Silvério Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Pitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Su Yao Xiang in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Tepedino came free, but Pascual Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Wandy Petera came free, but Silvério Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Yao Xiang in the 77th minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Pascual Pitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Matías Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascual Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovânio Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Celsinho Camargo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Caxinha F. C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Su Yao Xiang in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gil Negri got free with Silvério Andrade in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvério Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Gentenaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maní FC were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Caxinha F. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erling Gentenaar took the corner. Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Tepedino in the 91st minute of play. Caxinha F. C. were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Maní FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Su Yao Xiang took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Su Yao Xiang got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pascual Pitin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Caxinha F. C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Maní FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
