But to his dismay, Ronaldo Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Federico Girotti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dário Martins made a kick off. Tomé Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Goizeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dário Martins during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alejandra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferreira Lopes MZC the free kick. In the 70th match minute, Alejandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Girotti to maneuver through the defense. Alejandra's Fernando Natanael was substituted for Federico Girotti. After 71 played minutes Alejandra got a freekick which was hit by Federico Girotti. After a rather tough play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ali Kağan Erol got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Tomé Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Ferreira Lopes MZC from getting a goal against them. Tomé Montenegro was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Gilberto Goizeder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gilberto Goizeder really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Fernando Natanael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Tomé Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Henrico hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Dedé Paiva couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alejandra. Alejandra played a much better game than Ferreira Lopes MZC and deserved their victory. The Ferreira Lopes MZC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
