Ubarna Harroyo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute, Gino Galante made a precise shot to the right of Maurinho Terra. Alejandra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, The Owls's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Emander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Girotti. In the 19th match minute, The Owls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kağan Özpulat to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Owls's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Emander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Gino Galante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maurinho Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubarna Harroyo in the 33rd minute of play. Maurinho Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubarna Harroyo in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Gino Galante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurinho Terra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The supporters of The Owls booed when Alejandra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Montez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Alejandra got a freekick which was hit by Dario Quexal. After having played for 48 minutes, William Creemers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Owls's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Creemers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Federico Girotti to strike the kick off in the second half. Maurinho Terra made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Gino Galante sent off a good shot on target. The Owls were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Alejandra's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. William Creemers took the corner. A collision led to Alejandra getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Bonifacio Montez hit a great ball. After 64 minutes, Gilberto Goizeder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alejandra and the The Owls players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Gilberto Goizeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandra's Fernando Natanael was substituted for Gilberto Goizeder. After a rather tough play, Alejandra's Gilberto Goizeder got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Gino Galante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alejandra's Maurinho Terra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the last second Maurinho Terra throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ubarna Harroyo in the 69thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 70th minute of the match The Owls got a corner. Alejandra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. William Creemers ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on The Owls's corner William Creemers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maurinho Terra quite easily take care of the ball. Gino Galante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Terra having to interfere. Maurinho Terra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubarna Harroyo's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. After 78 minutes, William Creemers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Owls and the Alejandra players grew even worse after the yellow card. William Creemers hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Galante in the 84th minute of play forced Alejandra's goalkeeper Maurinho Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes Alejandra's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was William Creemers who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Alejandra's Narciso Erruki got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, William Creemers managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Owls's supporters rose to their feet, but William Creemers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurinho Terra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched The Owls eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
