BlueLionesse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC ARK CS the free kick. In the 11th minute of the match FC ARK CS got a corner. BlueLionesse's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sammy Corcoran ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Sammy Corcoran got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ilie Crainic quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nicolas Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Albu in the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of BlueLionesse booed when FC ARK CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Cristinel Nicodim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júlio Severo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Ilie Crainic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ARK CS. With 31 minutes on the clock, Isak Sundberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BlueLionesse! BlueLionesse:s Ilie Crainic showed great skill when he stopped Júlio Severo:s penalty. Octavian Isărescus short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Nicolas Joey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 40th minute Edgar Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristinel Nicodim in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Joey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half FC ARK CS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Sammy Corcoran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristinel Nicodim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Sammy Corcoran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilie Crainic. BlueLionesse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sammy Corcoran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, FC ARK CS's Júlio Severo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ilie Crainic narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Mailat in the 63rd minute of play. Kasım Onuktekin replaced Octavian Isărescu. BlueLionesse's Ilie Crainic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save BlueLionesse from getting a goal against them. BlueLionesse's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Sammy Corcoran scored to the left of an out of position Ilie Crainic, making the score, 0-3. FC ARK CS played a much better game than BlueLionesse and deserved their victory. The BlueLionesse players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
