The Albiceleste F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Mino should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the game, Renato Augusto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Tobias Mino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Ramon Vivanco hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Albiceleste F.C.'s Sergio Cefero got a free kick in the 44th minute. Tobias Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Augusto in the 45th minute of play. Lei Feng Yan scored 0-9 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tobias Mino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Lei Feng Yan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Tobias Mino made a huge save. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lei Feng Yan in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Renato Augusto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tobias Mino. That made the score 0-13 in the 67 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lei Feng Yan came free, but Tobias Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renato Augusto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Tobias Mino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Augusto. Tobias Mino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucio Siekkötter showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-15 in the 81 minute of play. Tobias Mino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Augusto in the 84th minute of the match. Renato Augusto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Tobias Mino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Krisztián Véber got a free kick in the 88th minute. Albiceleste F.C.'s Tobias Mino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Albiceleste F.C. from getting a goal against them. When the match was over S.E.R. Caxias do Sul could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Albiceleste F.C. throughout the match.
